Purchase
How to:
– To purchase a firearm you will need a current ID that has up to date information.
– After paying for a firearm you will fill out a background check form.
– Depending on the ATF response you could be –
1. Proceeded
2. Delayed for up to 3 business days.
3. Denied – If you are not allowed a firearm, you will be refunded your purchase minus a $50 denial charge.
Pawn
How to:
– Pawning a firearm is the same procedure as pawning any other item.
– Picking up a firearm from pawn however, follows the same procedure as purchasing a firearm – you will need a current ID and you will need to pass an ATF backbround check.
Tranfers
How to:
1. Order a gun from gunbroker.com or another FFL and have it sent to us.
2. We will call you when it arrives and you will do the ATF background check in the store.
3. Gun transfers cost $35 dollars: $25 per gun and 10 dollars to run the background check.
